3-day Administrator (ADMIN) Training, conducted across six municipalities in Georgia, was designed to strengthen the skills and knowledge of administrators from early childhood education (ECE) institutions, as well as local government representatives involved in the ECE system. The training aimed to address key topics related to early childhood and preschool education, equipping participants with the tools needed to improve the overall management and functioning of ECE institutions.
The sessions covered a range of essential topics, including effective leadership, administrative best practices, and the integration of educational strategies. These were tailored to meet the specific needs of the participants, including kindergarten heads, municipal kindergarten management units, and representatives from the mayor’s office.
A total of 178 participants attended the training, representing a diverse group of stakeholders committed to enhancing the quality of early childhood education across the country.
